Leak surveys and repairs for HOAs, subdivisions, and community water systems anywhere in Texas. We walk the mains, listen at every valve and meter, map what we find, and can repair the leaks once they're located.
Book This ServiceWhen a community is losing water, the board or operator needs to know where, not just how much, and then get it fixed. Based in the Texas Hill Country, Blue Olive Pools runs leak surveys for HOAs, subdivisions, and community water systems anywhere in Texas. We survey water mains, valves, and service meters, plus community pools and amenities, deliver a written report and map, and can repair the leaks we find.

Who We Serve
Community systems have more pipe, more valves, and more people depending on them. We scope each survey to the system in front of us and travel anywhere in Texas.
Community pools, amenity centers, common areas, and shared water lines. We help boards find water loss and understand what it means for the budget.
Small rural water systems and subdivisions with their own mains, valves, and meters. We survey the whole system, not just the obvious spots, and can fix what we find.
We're currently surveying a subdivision water system near Leakey with about 14,800 feet of 2-inch and 4-inch PVC main, 44 line valves, and roughly 80 service meters. The scope includes a valve and meter locating walk, acoustic ground-microphone surveys, overnight listening, pinpointing, and a final report with a GIS map. Results will be posted when the project is complete.
How It Works
We start with your as-built drawings or system maps, meter list, and water-loss history so the survey is planned around your actual layout.
We walk the mains and locate valves and meters so every listening point is accounted for before the survey begins.
We survey the mains with ground microphones and listen directly at valves and meters, including overnight when the system is quiet.
We re-survey anything suspicious, mark likely leak locations, and deliver a written report and map. Then we quote the repairs and can handle them for you.
Why Choose Us
Finding leaks early lowers pumping, treatment, and purchase costs, and keeps more water in the system for residents.
Pinpointed locations mean smaller excavations in the right place, not exploratory digging.
A written report and GIS map give boards, operators, and engineers a clear record for budgeting and planning.

Yes. Once leaks are located, we quote the repairs separately and can handle them for you, so you don't need to bring in a second company.
They help us plan the survey and keep costs down, but they aren't required. If you don't have them, we locate valves and meters as part of the survey.
Traffic, pumps, and daytime water use create noise that can hide a leak. Overnight, the system is quiet and leaks are easier to hear.
A written report with likely leak locations and a GIS map, so your board, operator, or engineer can plan next steps, plus a repair quote if you'd like us to fix them.
Yes. We provide leak detection and repair for community pools and amenity centers. We don't perform leak detection or leak repair on fiberglass pools.
Our leak detection is led by co-owner Tommy Adams, who is LeakTronics certified, a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), and holds Texas TDLR Residential Appliance Installer License #785310.
